Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’m a certified consultant with a background in corporate strategy and a deep passion for mental health and mindfulness.


After more than 10 years in high-stress environments, I trained at Brown University to become a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) instructor.

Today, I create spaces — online and in person — for professionals to reconnect with themselves, enhance performance, and prevent burnout through mindfulness.

My approach is grounded, science-based and heart-centered.
